ACCPA provides both digital (PEP Database, E-learning, E-Book) and non-digital (Book) products. Information provided by ACCPA is for advisory purpose only. ACCPA does not assume responsibility over how information is used or applied to business decisions. ACCPA does not guarantee the originality, accuracy, completeness, or factualness of information provided. In no event shall ACCPA be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever, rising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use information provided by ACCPA, even if ACCPA has been advised of the possibilities of such damages.

We offer both digital (PEP Database, E-learning, MasterClass Course) and non-digital (Book) products. When you use an ACCPA service (for example, PEP Database, ELearning Solution, MasterClass Course, E-Book, or Book) you also will be subject to the following terms and conditions.

Return, Refunds, and Title

ACCPA does not take title to returned items (i.e., Books) until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, ACCPA does not take title to the refunded item. There are no refunds at all on any digital products.

You may not use any ACCPA Service if you are the subject of U.S. sanctions or of sanctions consistent with U.S. law imposed by the governments of the country where you are using ACCPA Services. You must comply with all U.S. or other export and re-export restrictions that may apply to digital and non-digital services.

When you use ACCPA Services, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the other ACCPA Services, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All content included in or made available through any ACCPA Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of ACCPA and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any ACCPA Service is the exclusive property of ACCPA and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

1). How to return items.

To return purchased items products, please send an email to info@acc-pa.org with the subject line “

Return for Refund”. There are no refunds at all on any digital products.

2). What “refund” means.

We provide full refunds for unused non-digital items (such as books) returned within 30 days. Partial refunds may be given for used items or those returned after 30 days. Certain products, like downloadable digital products (such as E-Books), are non-refundable."

3). Product exchange.

We accept product exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items of equal or lesser value.

4). Refund timeline.

Non-digital products (i.e., books) may be returned after purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Unless otherwise specified, digital products (PEP Database, E-learning, E-Book) are not returnable after purchase. There are no refunds at all on any digital products.

5). How refunds are issued.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If the original payment method is not available, store credit or an electronic funds transfer may be provided. There are no refunds at all on any digital products.

Non-digital products purchased using Alexa are eligible for free returns. To return a product purchased (i.e., Book), ship the product back to the return address on the package. You can also email us to get obtain the return address if you do not have it. We'll automatically refund you any shipping charges applied to the return. You should see the shipping refund within 7 days of receiving your product refund.

Unless otherwise specified, digital products (PEP Database, E-learning, E-Book) are not returnable after purchase. At our discretion, a partial refund may be issued under special circumstances. You may not be eligible for a refund if the digital product has been partially used or if we detect account abuse. Once a refund is issued, you won't have access to the product. To request a refund and return digital products, please send an email to info@acc-pa.org with the subject line “Return for Refund”. There are no refunds at all on any digital products.

Subscriptions to Newsletter can be canceled at any time by sending an email to info@acc-pa.org with the subject line “Cancellation of Newsletter”. Non-digital products (such as books) may be cancelled for full refund if the item has not shipped yet. To cancel a book that has not yet shipped, send an email to info@acc-pa.org with the subject line “Cancellation of Book”. There are no cancellation and refunds at all on any digital products.
